What types of cleaning services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. We do not offer routine domestic cleans unless the cleaning time is at least 4 hours per visit.

Are your products safe for use?

Yes, we use products that are safe and adhere to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations. We take pride in using cleaning products that are effective and safe for our clients, their pets, and the environment.

What kind of insurance do you have?

We are liability insured to the value of £2M to ensure that our clients are protected in the unlikely event of damage or injury caused by our cleaning services.

Can you provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)?

Yes, we can provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for any cleaning project that requires it. We take health and safety very seriously and ensure that our services are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all types of payment, including cash, cheque, and electronic payments. We can also provide invoicing for regular clients who require ongoing cleaning services.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

No, we do not charge a cancellation fee. We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly and we strive to be flexible and accommodating to our clients' needs. However, we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

Will your team be respectful and understanding of my cleaning needs and preferences?

Is my data safe with you?
